Fuqaati (my bubble) videoclip

Some time ago the palestinien singer Ruba Shamshoum asked me to be the illustrator of her animated videoclip.Since I do very detailed and crafted  drawings, I had no idea if my work would suit animation (at least I knew the basics of animation, which helped), and I was scared to work a lot for a terrible result.
The big challenge was  to create out of a basic screenplay a complete environment and atmosphere, and to have poetic visual ideas fitting her song and personality.
After 6 months of hard work with Ruba and the animator Mike Kardosh, and complicated teamwork  between Dublin and Haifa, here it is:
